Conveniently located approximately four miles east of Chetek and central to Rice Lake and Eau Claire, WI. We are easily accessible for clients from the St Paul and Minneapolis area with close proximity to Hwy 8 and Hwy 53. NCC sits on a picturesque 69 acres divided by Moose Ear Creek.
We are a small family owned & operated facility; grateful for the lifestyle and for the trust our clients put in us!
Because our days are filled with activities revolving around the needs of the animals, we require and appreciate appointments.

Meet The Team
Austin Nichols
Austin is our kennel manager and is the guy to call with any boarding questions or to schedule appointments. He received his Bacholers degree in Communications from UW-Milwaukee. Austin was born and raised in Chetek on his family's dairy farm. He has been a valuable part of the pet industry for several years and we are happy to have him on our team. In 2016 Austin and Jana married, and in 2017 they welcomed their first baby, Vivien Moira. In his spare time he enjoys hosting local trivia events.
Jana Nichols
Jana has a strong interest in dog behavior and is committed to helping dogs and their owners establish a balanced relationship. Jana excels with behavior issues, socialization, manners, puppy development, & obedience as well. She completed an intense and extensive program to receive certification as a Canine Training & Behavior Specialist from Triple Crown Dog Academy in Hutto, TX. Since that time, she has helped thousands of dogs and their humans. Her passion and experience has literally saved the lives of thousands of dogs!
Roberta Dzimiela
Roberta offers "behind the scenes" support. Roberta previously spent
years working with, and learning from, horses. Currently she enjoys participating in daily activities helpful to the overall management and care of all the different dogs. In her spare time, she enjoys being grandma and spending time with her personal dogs and horses.
